A community Elo leaderboard for Dominican Pokémon VGC players, based on match results from selected online Play.Limitless tournaments.

No. This is an independent community project with no affiliation to Pokémon, Play! Pokémon, or Limitless. It awards no Championship Points and does not replace official rankings.

Only online VGC tournaments on Play.Limitless that an Administrator imports and includes in the Rating Corpus. Playing in any Limitless tournament is not enough; check the Events page. Offline tournaments do not currently count.

The project serves the Dominican community. Public visibility requires effective country Dominican Republic (DO) and at least one Rated Match. A numbered Official Rank has additional requirements.

International opponents in included tournaments are rated internally, so your result reflects the opponent's strength even though they do not appear publicly. Country never changes the points won or lost.

It is your match-derived rating. You start at 1500, and it changes after every Rated Match when results are imported. The complete match result counts, not each game in a best-of-three.

It orders the leaderboard. It normally matches Current Elo but can be reduced by inactivity. Every new match calculation always uses both players' Current Elo.

Your highest Current Elo immediately after a Rated Match. Later losses and inactivity do not lower it. The starting 1500 is not an earned peak.

It depends on the result and both pre-match Current Elo values. Beating a stronger player earns more; losing to a weaker one costs more. Between two 1500 players, the winner gains 16. Winning at 1700 against 1900 earns about 24.31. Your profile explains every change.

Final placing gives no Elo bonus. Opponents, results, and replay order matter; a 5–2 record against stronger opponents can outperform 6–1 against much weaker opponents.

Yes, when two opponents are identifiable and the result is valid. Both phases use the same Elo rule; Top Cut has no extra multiplier.

No. A bye gives no Elo and no participation or ranking-minimum credit because there is no opponent.

They count as half a point for each player. Equal-rated players do not move. A 1700 player tying a 1900 player gains about 8.31 Elo, and the opponent loses the same amount.

Double losses and opponent-less automatic losses do not change Elo or give participation credit. A pairing with two identified opponents and a valid winner can count; not every administrative penalty can be detected independently.

You have Elo but not enough finalized evidence for a numbered Official Rank. It is not a penalty and is independent of inactivity.

At least 5 Rated Matches and 1 qualifying tournament with at least 3 Rated Matches. Established status is finalized when the week closes Monday at 00:00 Santo Domingo. You must also be Dominican and not Inactive.

High Elo does not replace participation evidence. You still need 5 matches and a 3-match qualifying tournament, finalized at week end. Inactive players also have no number.

Inactivity can reduce it. Each fully missed competition week after grace removes 4% of the remaining amount above 1500. For an eligible player at Current Elo 1900, the first reduction gives Ranking Elo 1884; Current Elo remains 1900.

The first 4 fully missed competition weeks are grace. At entry you must be Established with Current Elo at least 1700. That check happens once per streak. Only Monday-to-Monday Santo Domingo weeks containing an included tournament count.

Your inactivity streak qualifies for the adjustment, though you can still hold an Official Rank. Falling below 1700 later does not end the state; complete a qualifying return.

You accumulated 8 fully missed competition weeks without resetting the count. You lose your Official Rank but keep your Elo and history; an eligible Dominican profile remains available.

No. It affects Ranking Elo and Activity Status only. Results after returning change Current Elo normally.

A week with no included tournament adds no absence and consumes no grace. Multiple included tournaments in one week still form one competition week.

Rated results change Current Elo, but your missed count neither grows nor resets. An old adjustment or Inactive status remains. You need 3 Rated Matches in one competition week to reset the streak.

Complete at least 3 Rated Matches in one competition week, even across included tournaments. When the week closes Monday at 00:00 Santo Domingo, the streak clears and Ranking Elo becomes your new Current Elo. Your previous Elo or rank is not restored automatically.

Current Elo stays, but the rank is not guaranteed. After 4 fully missed competition weeks, decay can begin if eligible. At 8 misses the player becomes Inactive and leaves the numbered ranking.

Not from a Regulation change alone. Elo continues within the Season. At an explicit Season boundary, Skill, Ranking, and Peak Elo plus activity restart from 1500 while career Rating Events remain. Each Season keeps its recorded activity-policy version, and newly scheduled Seasons use the current policy. Closed Season × Regulation archives are available at /leaderboards.

Every result depends on both players' earlier Elo. Adding a May tournament after June triggers a full chronological Rating Replay, which can change later Elo, peaks, and ranks. Equal inputs, rules, and cutoff reproduce the same history.

An Administrator reimports the corrected source snapshot. The included corpus is replayed, so later ratings may also change. The site does not discover Limitless corrections automatically.

You retain history when the stable Limitless player identity is unchanged. The displayed name updates after an event containing you is imported, not live. A separate account is not merged automatically.

Ask an Administrator to review it. Without effective country DO, you can still affect opponents internally but have no public row or profile. Protected corrections retain imported evidence and trigger a full replay.
